My Experience
As the driving force behind Strawesome Media, Michelle has propelled the film company to new heights. Strawesome Media's vision is clear—to lead the industry in delivering exceptional films and music that epitomize quality entertainment and become legends. Michelle's journey began in 1986 when she entered the world of media, marketing, and consulting for sports and entertainment. Representing iconic athletes such as Darryl Strawberry, Eric Davis, and Chris Brown, she quickly proved herself to be a prominent figure in the field of sports.
In the music arena, Michelle collaborated with industry heavyweights like Kurtis Blow, Full Force, and UTFO, producing the nationally acclaimed "Chocolate Strawberry" featuring Darryl Strawberry, UTFO, and Whistle. Her diverse portfolio expanded further when she signed with The William Morris Agency in the early '90s, where she played a pivotal role in developing television appearances, books, commercials, and media deals across the entertainment spectrum. Not content with her achievements in talent representation, Michelle ventured into the nightclub scene, promoting the renowned "The Cave" in Beverly Hills, California. Her strategic prowess also shone through in radio campaigns for promotions with the influential P1 Station 100.3 The Beat in California.
In the early 2000s, Michelle founded SEG, LLC (Strawberry Entertainment Group), solidifying her position in production and management. Working with an array of recording artists, including Lakeside, Norman Connors, Jay Shanklin, Thomas Organ, Paul Jackson Jr., Trevor Lawrence, Gerald Albright, Edell Shepard, and others, she showed her ability to navigate the complexities of the music industry. A significant chapter in Michelle's journey unfolded as she collaborated with the esteemed band LIQUID ICE, contributing her expertise to their success story. Today, Michelle Strawberry stands at the helm of Strawesome Media, ready to usher in a new era of excellence.
