William Noe
William Noe is the Chief Operating Officer of Simple Innovations. Prior to joining Simple Innovations, he was the Chairman of Rishon Capital Partners, LLC, where he was responsible for strategy. He brings more than 50 years of Wall Street experience in the finance, technology, real estate development, and resource projects ranging from oil & gas exploration to precious metals mining.
My Story
Earlier in his career, William was the managing partner of US operations for ADAC Investments Management, LLC, which manages more than US$2.5 billion in ADAC Overseas Properties, LLC with offices in Hong Kong, and Singapore. He managed investments in Malaysia, Australia, Japan and USA. In addition, William serves as the vice chairman of Fortune Empire, LLC, and is the managing director for alternative investments, a New York City-based advisory that operates a website utilizing sophisticated algorithms to match companies seeking capital with ultra-high net worth family offices, in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia and other member states of the Gulf Cooperation Council.
William joined a venture capital group Vantage Investments Group, Inc. of New York City in 2005 and served as the managing director of this merchant banking firm until 2016. He provided business development consulting, financial structuring advice and capital funding to new business ventures, primarily in the technology sector, raising more than $100 million for venture capital transactions.
